This is a gauze fabric sleeper is made in Japan with the finest touches.

Made from six layers of soft and airy gauze fabric, it is highly breathable and absorbent to keep babies dry in summer and warm in winter.

Snap buttons on the shoulders and sides make it easy to put on, take off, and change diapers.
This also keeps babies stomach warm as they turn over in bed.
